In a year of typically higher
cruise prices, spring Caribbean cruises are standing out as one of the year's
best bargains, according to discount travel site Hotwire.com. Softer-than
anticipated sales, along with a last-minute need to fill cabins are lowering
prices industry-wide for Caribbean sailings in April, May and June.
"By booking now and sailing in April, May or early June, travelers can
take advantage of not only great cruise prices, but lower airfares compared to
the peak summer months," said Amy Bohutinsky, consumer travel expert at
Hotwire.com.
Deep Discounts and Special Offers on Late Spring Cruises
For the next two weeks, Hotwire will be offering a myriad of incentives
for cruises booked by March 19 on popular cruise lines such as Celebrity
