LA CROSSE, Wis. -- The Best Western Midway Hotel Riverfront Resort announces the grand opening of its new water park on Thursday, March 24, 2005, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The water park features a large water slide, basketball hoops, wading pool with kiddie slide and geysers, whirlpool with neck massager, arcade room and pool table.
Situated on the shores of the Black River, The Best Western Midway Hotel has been a fixture of the community since 1972 and offers 119 spacious guest rooms and suites. The property offers an idea resort-like setting for business or pleasure. Guest room amenities offered include two telephones, free high-speed Internet access, work desk, TV with VCR and free movie channels.
The property also offers a full-service restaurant which features steak and seafood and a lounge with live entertainment. Guests can also enjoy themselves with such outdoor amenities as a bar and grill, private beach and boat docks, mini-golf and volleyball.
